Docusign been great simply…

And then been a great helpful sight to use for ease of important document signing etc from another location! Merely hang up that i feel would/could use some easier access ways is when i signed at 1st using the bear upon screen my own signature means is that for some reason after signing it logged it in which is fine simply information technology turned it vertically not horizontally for my signature to be placed on documents I don't know why it logged it this way I kept trying to go in to see if I could change it could non detect a means to really change it had to showtime over but even at that it was very troublesome trying to figure out how to edit my signature and start over was not an easy access to do so should be right at that place on the signature screen an edit button commencement over button to click on actually took me and a banker quite some time researching to discover where we tin can change this not knowing the site similar others may and then this was non a friendly user signature change out establish information technology took a while wasted extra time non necessary delight modify this other words loftier reviews was excellent thank you

Spotty office and back up

UPDATE: I received a respond from development. That's a good sign. I am updating to four stars. It could do good from a freehand choice and a snail mail field. There is no multiple signer selection when they're all in the aforementioned room. Those would make a five star app.

I am testing DocuSign as an alternative to SignEasy, which I have used for years. At that place is no freehand option on DocuSign. When DocuSign works, it works well. However, the real problem began when I received an email with a pdf, and DocuSign failed to import it. When I contacted support information technology took an hour for them to tell me that that's not how the app works (incorrect). If I had non been able to apply SignEasy to sign the PDF, it would have been a serious problem for me. I demand to be able to rely on a signing platform, and so far I tin can't rely on DocuSign or SignEasy. This review seems to exist the only way to alert DocuSign to the problem, as support was a waste of time.

Hi there, thanks for your feedback and for being a customer of DocuSign. It looks like y'all're running on an old version of the DocuSign App. If you update to the latest version, {2.21.one}, information technology should solve the PDF bug you lot're experiencing.

No longer easy to use. Not happy

This used to be my preferred electronic signing app. Now, not so much. App insists that I'm on "a new device" every time I attempt to utilize my phone to try to DocuSign annihilation, and insists on sending a verification lawmaking—to the same telephone I've had for several years at present. I haven't inverse phones. No new devices.
And so at that place's the issue of my name. Fought with the app for several minutes, trying to get it to let me use text to add my full proper name. It insisted on using my eye proper noun as my last, start and middle names. Finally managed to get it to allow me to add , last, first, middle.
Doesn't allow me to tap where I want to write or sign. I accept to tap, say, "text" and then that appears somewhere and I take to drag information technology where I want it. Very tiny and hard to overstate the box without information technology closing and I take to beginning over.
Hard to add checkboxes. App kept telling me I had to "move the page upwardly."
From now on, unless this is fixed, I'm merely going to use this app if forced to do so. Sorry. It used to be a five star app.
